A classic case of buyer beware. We purchased a protective table top glass for our wood table from Bob, the owner of this franchise, it arrived uncovered, unprotected, dirty and had writing on it. After wiping it clean we noticed a long (approximately 10”) scratch and a chip in one corner, as well the corners were not rounded as they were supposed to be. After numerous calls to not only Bob, the franchise owner, but as well as the head office in Texas nothing has been done to make good on this purchase. Customer service should always be top of mind especially in a time of social media.
