Less than a year after the new roof was installed; when it rained there was a continuous rapid dripping was coming through the soffit over the back door. I called once a week then once every other week for a total of six weeks and got apologies - but no one came to fix the leak! By this time it was coming in the ceiling of the bathroom. I had to hire an independent handyman to correct the problem! There was no flashing around the vent pipe in the bathroom, and the zinc edge was not nailed down over a four foot span!

The two installers worked very well together. They had to make one window opening longer, and made fast work of it. I asked for a window ledge (which I had forgotten to specify when ordering) but the installer had no trouble adapting the wood supplied to fit the job; and the inside trim is a delight to see!
