I called several companies the day of the heavy rain and Armstrong and Nelson were the first to return my call The telephone agent realized the urgency and my concerns of the situation and a technician would be out within four hours He inspected the situation and discovered the downspout was disconnected and repaired immediately I was pleased with the prompt courteous efficient service
