I had water leakage in my basement which got me worried. I called up DryShield and got an appointment with Roy Warren. He showed up right on time and was really friendly. He went to the basement and within 2 minutes indicated that it has to be a door leak which is causing the problem and not an actual crack in basement. Up on the main floor, he showed me where the caulking is required, just outside the kitchen door. and that was it !! really pleased with the service and honest advice. I will definitely recommend DryShield and Roy Warren !!
