We have used the services of JK three different times, each time where we needed an electrician without delay. Where other local electricians had long wait times, JK was prompt and efficient. His service has been very reliable, and his cost is comparable.
After 3 1/2 yrs with ADT we switched to their wireless service. This has proven to be unreliable, as it has required technical service twice in the few months we've had it. Both times we were told the tech comes out to our town only once a week. This time they were booked a month out. We are now without protection for a whole month. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of promptness and their lack of available technicians.
