We called JSN because our gas dryer had started making a loud noise half an hour into each cycle. The first time Sam came out it didn't make the noise, although he waited around for 45 minutes. However, he was persistent and came back a second time and after listening to it he was able to find the problem almost immediately. We decided not to go through with the repair because of the cost (based on his recommendation), but we were grateful for his on-time service, honesty and sincere desire to help us solve our problem. 10/10!

My refrigerator began to act up on Monday and I called JSN Appliances that evening. One of the owners immediately picked up my call on his cell phone and told me that he would tell his partner, Ayman, to call me. I didn't reasonably expect anyone to call me back until the next day, but Ayman called me within minutes and promised to come out that same evening! He very efficiently diagnosed the problem within about 35 minutes of his arrival and told us he would order the needed replacement part first thing in the morning. He called us the next morning as promised to tell us he had the $150 part and would return in the evening to install it. The fridge is now working nicely and he only charged us $130 for the part.
