We had a problem with box elder bugs swarming out back yard. He came to spray and went over and above. Spreader the affected area and the perimeter of our house to make sure they dont come inside. Also he found some ant hills and took care of those too - no charge.

We had our fence and retaining walls removed and rebuilt. We also planted several cedars to create a green fence kind of feel. Darko and his team were excellent! They were very responsive, checked in with us and the neighbors several times to make sure everyone was on the same page with the work being done, were honest, punctual and polite. we would hire them again and you should too!

We've lived in our home for 5 years and every year we would get a letter from various lawn care services offering us their services. Hubby and I thought we were doing an OK job, but once we had kids, we decided that our time was better spent hiring someone to help upkeep our lawn. The time it takes to weed and seed was overwhelming, and that was time we felt was better spent with our kids. I was impressed when Hometurf mailed us a quote and that the price we paid was EXACTLY the price we were quoted. I loved that they did their homework in advance, it made it so much easier for me to shop around and see the value we were going to be getting for our money. We booked Hometurf for the first time last year in April and by the time August rolled around our lawn was looking AMAZING! Of course our air conditioner broke down in the middle of hot week during the summer! Sean came out to the house the very next day to give us an estimate on several different types of models. Given that our furnace was also about 20 years old, we decided to replace this at the same time as well. With my dad being a heating and cooling expert, we had several technical questions about how the equipment would work. Sean was very patient, and took the time to research and answer all of our questions in a very timely fashion. Even though it was clearly a very busy week for them, Sean was able to make arrangements for the technicians to come and install the equipment a day early so it would not interfere with our vacation. We were very impressed with Sean's customer service. On the day of installation, the guys arrived early (bonus!) and were able to finish the job sooner than they had anticipated (another bonus). They were clean and courteous and very knowledgeable. Sean followed up within 24 hours to make sure we were happy with the installation and the equpiment--which, of course, we were! We would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning!
