My well stopped working this past weekend. I called Jeremy of Priority Pump Services. He showed up with a great smile. Quickly identified the issue. The well pump got old, and started to fail. The controller detected the problem of the pump and automatically stopped calling for the pump to draw water. Jeremy bypassed the controller, installed a valve for a quick fix, to let the pump continue running, so that I would have water in the house over the weekend. My family appreciated this quick fix. He ordered the new pump and pressure tank that i needed and returned after the weekend. It was great to see a very skilled trade to operate. The temperature was below zero and the well was covered with almost two feet of snow. That did not deter his work. Old pump was found and pulled out and the new one lowered into the well and connected. While he was in the house, I asked him to install a main shut off valve and replaced another old valve. From the start to finish, Jeremy was professional and respectful. Some are great talkers, and some are great doers. He is a doer. That gave me a lot of confidence and trust. I strongly recommend him to all.

I believe this is as good as it gets, as far as driveway repair and sealing job goes. Dan is so hard working and has such good work ethics. I have nothing but good words for him. I will definitely use him again.

I have had air conditioners, water heaters, HRVs installed by Axis heating and cooling for different houses in the last few years. I have to say that I don't have anything negative to say about this company. I have encountered some problems with a couple of the appliances, and it took some time and efforts on both sides to try to resolve them, but at the end, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. If I have heating and cooling needs in the future, I will use the company again.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. I had a small issue. The company responded very fast. They were friendly and easy going. They are very Knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. I will definitely call them again when I have electrical issues.

We had some windows replaced by Clera Windows last year and were very happy with the products and service. This week, we had more windows replaced again by clera. The experience was as pleasant, from sales contract to installation. I'd like to give special thanks to the two installers. I didn't catch their names, but they spoke Russian to each other. They took great care with every detail.

I have used Precision Eavestroughing for three of our houses in the last few years. Can't say enough good things about its professionalism and business ethics. The workmanship, and after sale services are superb. I strongly recommend this company.

Had RO system installed in our house. Price was very reasonable, but the most impressive was how knowledgeable and professional Errol was. He spent his time listening to our needs, studying the layout of the house and then provided excellent advice. We hang the unit in the basement, which feeds the two faucets and the fridge in the kitchen, and a line to the furnace humidifier. A minor adjustment was needed after installation, and he returned to my house promptly to address the issue. He seemed honest, patient and down to earth. This was one of my best experience ever dealing with a contractor.

Orkin is completely useless. The technician was not trained. He did not have a ladder, and did not have calking tools. All he did was to place a few boxes of poison in the house. When we told him that we didn't want poison in the house and that dead mice trapped behind walls might stink up the house, he told me mice would climb in the boxes and would die and dry up in them (this turned out to be complete false). A couple of weeks later, we had this horrible smell in one area of our basement. The smell got so bad that the house was barely inhabitable. We contacted Orkins, and asked that they do something about the smell. It took a few phone calls to get the company to finally send someone. He put a very strong air fresher in the basement to cover the smell, and removed all the poison boxes. It took three months for the smell to finally completely go away, but we continued to have mice in the house. When I called Orkin again, another technician to our house. When I asked him to check the roof to locate mouse entries, this one said he did not have a ladder to climb up. What is with these technicians not having ladders :) He brought the same boxes filled with green colored poisons and was going to place them in my house. I asked him to leave our house. We contacted another pest control company, which did proper proofing of the house and now, no more mice.

Tim is fantastic. He is polite, honest and hardworking. He removed a large Silver Maple that's got too big for my lawn. The tree was removed, branches were chipped and all debris removed from our property. He took great care to make sure the lawn was as clean as before. I would definitely use him again.

Had fence installed by Keith for my parents-in-law. Keith was friendly and professional. His price was competitive. He was also accommodating to my father-in-law's ideas, when installing the fence. We were happy with the quality of the work. Will refer him to friends and colleagues.

Our family didn't feel that we were dealing with a contractor. Rather, we felt we had a friend in our house. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
