I have hired Blue Lake to get our landscaping done, including an outdoor stone patio. I have noticed on the DAY OF THE INSTALLATION that the stones aren't shiny as we saw them on the catalogue. We have asked to replace them and have been rudely denied by the Project Manager (With his useless 25+ years of experience). Called Fab and he promised me it will be replaced. I have been sending emails non stop to get my staff done, they made me call Concept Stone to which I have been ignored by Martin and Co. I have asked Fab to follow up with them, but as per him he has "more important things to do". I have waited for a year to get the stone replaced and I got nothing, when I expressed my frustration to Fab, his answer was : "we have customers frustrated due to all the rain and need to tie up some loose ends and with your service I also need a few days with no rain in the forcast." Bottom line, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. so if you happen to hire them, DONT PAY till everything is done the way you want it to be, or you can kiss GoodBye to your money. Cause their 1 year warranty is a piece of crap.
