I would highly recommend Mermaid Pools to anyone thinking of purchasing an above ground salt pool. My wife and I were on the fence for about a year on getting a pool, so we decided to shop around. We were unsure as to what we wanted, or what we could afford. After a bit of research, we decided to visit Mermaid. Allowing us time to browse around and get a feel of the place, Mike approached us to offer his services. Mike was helpful answering all of our questions that we had about making this investment. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured - having never owned a pool, he answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease. The process of selecting our pool, while staying in budget was easy. It was never about getting the most money out of us - Mike suggested we wait on an option we wanted (integrated fences on the pool) until the installation was done because we may not have needed it, saving us several hundred dollars. We got a lot more that we thought that we could with the budget we set. Mermaid is a very organized company and scheduling for the delivery and install went exactly as planned. The installation crew was pleasant, and answered all of my questions throughout the install - it was amazing to watch these guys leveling the yard in 30 degree heat, much higher with the humidity!! Mike kept on checking in to make sure everything was running along smoothly and ensure that our questions and concerns we had were answered. Now, about two weeks later, we are enjoying our pool. I have a lot to learn, and will visit Mermaid's water testing department next. I have no doubt that I will get the same great service I have received thus far! We are looking forward to many summers spent in our backyard! I recommend Mermaid to everyone who asks us about our pool. I am so pleased with the service I received. Thanks Mike & Mermaid
