This review is long, long overdue. About this time last year, we were talking about remodelling our kitchen. After weeks of sourcing out a kitchen company, we finally made our choice, and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen company referred us to the most fantastic contractor, Raja from Modern Design. Raja and his brother Mo came out to our house within a few days to discuss the plan. Raja worked with us to understand what we wanted. He was very accommodating with each step of the project and was able to switch designs as we realized what we wanted. He also suggested modifications which went well with our plans. The choosing of flooring was the most difficult of the entire project. When we weren’t sure the color to choose, we asked the advice of Raja and Mo. Whatever their choice would be our choice. The Modern Design tradesmen were fantastic as well, all very professional, neat, attentive to detail and accommodating from start to finish. We couldn’t have made a better choice. These guys went above and beyond, making our experience one that we’ll never forget. Not only did these guys do the job they were hired to do, but they also went above and beyond, from helping hang our TV to shoveling snow in our driveway. Raja and his team are AMAZING. We are so happy with our new functional main floor. I hope we’ll be fortunate to have Raja and his team do future reno’s for us. For several years, we discussed renovating our kitchen. After much procrastination, we took the plunge. We started the process of reaching out to Kitchen Design companies. Within a day or two, Gurpreet from Sky Kitchen's responded to our online inquiry. Gurpreet made his way to our home, took some measurements, and made suggestions on what we could do to make a more functional kitchen. Within a week, Gurpreet had us sitting in his office, walking us through the process. He showed us an initial electronic 3D design which we modified with him in real-time before choosing the final design. He was more than happy to mock-up "what ifs" and his recommendations were very helpful to see if that worked for us. He later had us choose all the trimmings and hardware and again made recommendations as we had no idea what we were looking for. They also recommended an excellent contractor. The Sky Kitchens installers were very professional, neat, attentive to detail, accommodating from start to finish and we can't compliment them enough. Sky Kitchens is AMAZING. We are totally satisfied with our new functional kitchen. It looks like something from a magazine. A big thanks to Gurpreet and his team on a fantastic job.
