Roof LOOKS awesome because we bought premium shingles. Cleanup of nails was terrible. We filled an ice cream bucket full and even got a flat tire because we still missed some. We were getting small amounts of water in the attic. 1st year the owner of St James said it was ice damming issue. Now 2nd year he says it's our chimney (without even coming down to look at it). The holes are clearly not part of the chimney. Getting him to even come out and even look at it is like pulling teeth. He never answers his phone and only after many phone calls has he "Texted" me. I texted back when he thought he could come and look at the roof he doesn't respond. This has got to be the WORST customer experience I've ever experienced.
