I recently brought my Eureka AirExtreme canister vacuum cleaner to VP to see about replacing the motorized brush head which had stopped working. Marco advised me that because the model was discontinued, it would take a bit of time to have the replacement sent in. In the meantime, he loaned us a great canister vacuum to use while we waited for the part. The Eureka is now working far better than when it was new and that's because Marco replaced the brush head with an even better part. What a great surprise for us and shows real class-A customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs or for a new vacuum. SAR has been cleaning and maintaining our furnace for years so when our furnace needed immediate replacing I contacted them first. I did some research online ahead of time, just to be sure that I would make an informed choice. I was very pleased that Tony gave us options that fell in line with what I had researched. He recommended (and we went with) the make of one of the better reviewed hi-eff. gas furnaces. The price was very fair and square for the equipment and installation. The replacement was done the following day: promptly, cleanly, efficiently and smoothly. All of the service techs were respectful, courteous and answered all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. Tony visited the following day to ensure that the work had been completed properly to specs and to see that we were satisfied with the running of the furnace. We love the new furnace and thermostat! We have been pleased with the service we've received from SAR over the years. Our request for service was dealt with professionally right from the first call through to the final installation of our new rental water heater. I have used Fujitech for a few years now and am so pleased with the service and the cost. I've used other companies in the past and I have been disappointed time and again. But not so with Fujitech and Joseph. I recently purchased an upgrade to my laptop because I needed a bit more computing power. Joseph interpreted what I needed right away without me having to go into long explanations. The laptop is working just as I'd hoped - even better actually! And just like each time I've used Fujitech (for various reasons), I've been more than satisfied with the outcome. I've never been subjected to upsell or gimicky sales pitches from Joseph - just honest assessments and fair and reputable service. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for computer repairs, sales or accessories - you won't regret it.

I called DVR based on the positive reviews here, but in the end I chose them for the job based on Dimitri's knowledgeable, professional and honest manner. The crew came on the day/time they promised and completed the work exactly when they said they would. The original double-shingled roof was in very bad condition and the front facing fascia was full of Woodpecker holes. The new shingles we chose are an excellent quality/guarantee so we won't have to worry about them for a very long time. We had our first long hard rain last night and the inside of the garage roof is dry as a bone this morning. They replaced the fascia with new wood/aluminum overlay and it fits so well it looks like it was made at the same time as the garage. The crew knew what they were doing, were polite and very hard working. The entire area was left clean and orderly like they'd never been there. Dimitri/DVR is obviously serious about doing a good job and their price was more competitive than other companies I had called. My only regret is that I didn't know about them years ago when we had the house shingled, we would have called them instead. However, based on the work they did for us, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DVR to anyone needing house or garage roofing. Thanks Dimitri and your whole team!
