Very poor warranty service ... called on warranty for dryer repair. It is broken and am waiting almost three weeks for technician to even look at it! Sears says they are understaffed and cannot book me sooner. I can get on a cancellation list. I can understand waiting for a part but not waiting that long for an initial service visit. I have been paying for extended warranty on several appliances from Sears and the one time I need it ... I am very disappointed with this service. Why pay if I can't get service through warranty? I had a big hassle when I asked to speak to a manager ... "he is not taking calls". I recommend buying elsewhere that has a decent service team. I am still waiting for my dryer to be looked at by Sears... Not fun with kids' clothing to be laundered. Costing me money at the Laundromat.
