My furnace broke and the same day service they promise had to be the next day; the technician arrived and had to order a part ; the part arrived and technician was scheduled from7pm-11pm and he cancels at 1040 pm. 3days without heat and calling the CSR dept over and over is frustrating. Let's hope he comes tomorrow and we have heat again.

I had a very complicated job because the hydro wires were going into the aluminum in the house . I had electricians refuse the job because it was too complicated. However Kia and his assistant from Kiya Sunrise did a great quality job and I fully recommend him for any electirical work. And his price was reasonable. If I have any future electrical work, I will be calling Kia.
