An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My wife and I were very pleased with the roofing (and the rubber roof product) that was completed last year. We were impressed with the service quality we received from the detail of the sales contract to the attention of concerns during the job. Even though the rainy weather delayed some of the work at the start, there were no leaks from the rain torrent because of the careful prep job that was done. Thanks for stopping by throughout the job to make sure things were progressing well and to answer or attend to questions. Since that time we have watched other roofing companies work in the area and our experience has reinforced our appreciation for the extra care Penfold’s took of the job site. Finally, we still like the clean look of the rubber roofing product (just like shakes) and glad we chose Penfold’s to do the job. Much Appreciated
