I was quite impressed with the teams professionalism and honesty. My questions were answered promptly and suggestions to improve air flow were provided. After cleaning the furnace, A/C and all vents they also checked the dryer vent and said it didnt need to be cleaned at this time. I appreciated that they honest and didnt try to upsell me. They also gave me a suggestion on how I might save money the next time. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

We recently had our roof replaced and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Our roof had some shingles come off and so we were anxious to have the re-roofing done as quickly as possible. Kenny from C-Star assured us he would call on us first if any of the jobs in front of us needed to be postponed. Sure enough, two days later Kenny called to say the crew would be out the next day. A large crew showed up the next day, including Xing who supervised the work. The men worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. The whole job only took them seven hours. The end result was that when we had a downpour four hours after they left and I checked the attic and everything was fine. I would highly recommend Xing and the crew at C-Star.
