My friend recommended Keith to me, to recover my couch. His shop is well organized & has a huge selection of fabrics. He did an excellent job of explaining how sturdy each of the fabrics were - we have a Labrador who likes to jump on this couch - and we were able to choose accordingly. The couch was completed when he said it would be & looks amazing. We couldn’t ask for a better person to handle our upholstery needs.

In April I got estimates from 3 companies to refinish our main floor hardwood, linving, dining, hall & 3 bedrooms, & 4 steps. Sebastian was the second to give us an estimate. Whereas the first contractor tried to convince us the floors would be better off being replaced by them & said the wood was too thin to do a great job, etc, etc; Sebastian, not knowing where I had gotten these details, was very thorough in his knowledge, telling me the floors would come up great, there was no need to replace them, explaining what they would do, and basically going against all the first guy had said. We couldn’t get the floors done until July but NewRidge never pressured us & when it was time they didn’t change their prices due to the delay. (Another had written on their estimate that the price was only good for 30 days!) Sebastian assured me HE would be handling the refinishing, and he did. In addition, the price was very competitive falling lower then the first estimate and only slightly over the third. When the job was completed, on schedule & with a great cleanup it was amazing. The floors look incredible! We couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve already shown them to a few neighbours & one of them took the name so he could call NewRidge himself. As he said, why bother doing the investigation when I’ve already done it & the floors are the proof! We will continue to refer friends to NewRidge & Sebastian with confidence.
