From quote to installation, I was very pleased with their services - from Cindy in the office (who is so friendly!) to their installer, Mike, I am very pleased with their services. Mike was so professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I found that he went above and beyond with the installation as well as some other issues that arose - Mike was so great! I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for their Home Assure Program for both plumbing and heating & cooling programs. I then had Scott come out to service my air conditioner and again I was very happy due to his friendly customer service and knowledge. I found that Scott also went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and that my coolant system continued to run efficiently. He resolved an issue that I was not even aware of! I highly recommend J&S to all!
