Our sales representative was extremely tardy and didn't even have the right information prepared for our meeting (we had a appliance package from Albi Homes). In addition, she was arguing that we had the incorrect specs prepared for our meeting. Later on she would only point to our appliances without explaining what the advantages/disadvantages of each product. Finally we had to do all the research ourselves to find out whether there were comparable or superior to our standard package.
