I had two sections of flat roof on my old house downtown Toronto that were leaking along with eavestrough that needed repairs and soffit etc. One was into the furnace area down below and wasn't a major issue and the other however was leaking into my kitchen onto a hardwood floor. These were not during every rainfall but only during a very hard rainfall. I had contacted several companies to come and try to fix the leak the year before. I wasn't happy with the quotes which were around $1,500 or so with almost no guarantee. My house is very tall ~4 Stories and quite a few companies showed up an promptly told me they were not interested in a house like this. After the HUGE historic rainstorm this summer I had to get it fixed. Again I called several contractors. Several showed up and promptly told me they didn't want the job. One did the walk through and never sent a quote even though I followed up about 5 times. Then there was Oleg at Best Flat Roof. Simply put, Oleg came, made suggestions and told me what was reasonable and we discussed ideas on how to approach the issue and get the most out of my money. He gave me a quote right away that was detailed and we discussed it. I needed the work done quickly and he wasn't sure he'd have time to build the flat deck that needed to be removed but when I was without options he made time and did that for me as well and finally made the railing sturdy enough to pass inspection after 4 years:o) Honestly, his pricing was fair, his timing was when he said it would be. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and in the end there were just a few minor things that I needed changed/completed to finish the job. Oleg and I discussed and then they came back to set everything exactly as I wanted it right away. I was extremely happy with the process and very impressed in my dealings with Oleg. I really felt like he listened to what I wanted and did everything to make sure I was happy which made it very easy to do business together now and definitely in the future. A+ Customer Service.

Sammy gave me good pricing and basically worked until the job was complete, this was huge as my past experience was with contractors who just showed up whenever they wanted and things dragged on and on and on. I of course added scope as we went along and although he had other jobs, he managed to still get mine done working throughout the weekend if he had to. Offered very helpful suggestions that basically saved me a lot of money by not spending it on needless items or changes. I will be using him again and have already recommended him to other friends.
