I have had leaky gutters for some time and have consistently put it calls to a number of roof and Aluminum companies only to have my inquiries go ignored. I called the "other" big guys named after a large road in Toronto and they came and basically said, we have no idea how much or how long it will take and we charge an hourly fee. The I found Mr. Roof Repair. I put an email inquiry in and had a very fast email response from Michael who answered all my questions professionally, sent me a written quote and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The appointment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and I ACTUALLY got a phone call from them saying that traffic was bad and they were running a bit late. When Art got there, he went up to the roof, looked at the problems, validated the estimate that was sent to me and repaired the problem. He cleaned up after himself and I received a report the following day with photos describing the repair.
Mr. Roof Repair "knows" customer service and how to service their clients. Don't bother wasting your time calling anyone else, just call them.
