We wanted a complate gut + underpinning + extension, etc. Over a year later, we had to fire them after MANY delays, excuses and tales and the abslutely awful workmanship: Crooked walls, wavy bulkheads, work not to the architect's plans, work not to the structural engineer's specs, issues with inspections - and several subcontractors unpaid. Also, very opaque invoicing including some material in the name of Genuine Building Solutions and some under TFC Construction - Sebastian Bianchi's (the owner) other company. Not even the fence was straight or finished! Hire at your own risks...
