My windows are clean however, I have dirty water dripped on my floors, windows frames and shutters. I wouldn't say the track to my patio doors is very clean either. We just moved into this house, and I'm sure the previous owner never did the windows. One of the cleaners kept making comments to his partner about how dirty everything was. I found that quite unprofessional. I also have a dirty hand print on one of my bedroom walls. The after service customer service is poor. I made a mistake paying online and I left a message and emailed the owner to find out how to get a refund and report the sloppy job on the interior. I have given two full days for a response, which I think is fair if someone is busy and have not heard back from anyone. Yet when I called to book the appointment I received a call back in less than 30 minutes.
