I am increasingly disappointed in the service. Paving was carried out last summer, and was of poor quality. Some rough areas, near the house entrance door, were harder to walk on than raw gravel with bare feet. After only 1 winter numerous large, deep cracks appeared. The one bottom corner developed a very deep pocket around a foot in diameter and two feet long, at a depth of over an inch. The area along a retaining concrete wall is very rough and flares upwards, as if it was being pushed from below. My original complaint, which included all these items, was emailed to Ace in March 2014, and the warranty work still is not completed. The crew came out for about half an hour, to torch up the biggest crack, said that they would return to complete additional repairs, but have never returned, as promised, to finish the warranty repair. Overall, my satisfaction is very low. I would not recommend these folks to anyone. The one year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.
