We found Shirley to be what, seemed at the time informative about the flooring we were interested in, this turned out to the opposite, the flooring we chose was totally wrong for it's designated area, however this advise never arose. Adjustments were not offered for mistakes made by the installer, the other one was occupied with hockey scores.The TORLY agent has not had the courtesy to contact us, which would be very helpful as I have no idea if there is a product out there that would make maintaining this floor easy.The product sold to us by T&C is abselute garbage on this floor.
