DANIEL ATTENDED TO OUR HOME AN REPAIRED THE BROKEN GARAGE DOOR SPRING. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD ABOUT THE REPAIR. HE ALSO SHOWED E THAT THE GARAGE DOOR ROLLERS WERE CRACKED AND SHOUDL BE REPAIRED. HE DID NTO PRESSURE ME TO FIX THE ROLLERS BUT AFTER SHOWING ME THE THE PROBLEM I TOOK HIS ADVISE AND REPLACED THE ROLLERS. GARAGE DOOR IS WORKING BEAUTIFULLY AND QUIETER, WITH THE NEW ROLLERS. DANGLED DID A NICE JOB. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR HAVE DANIEL DO FURTHER WORK. EXPENSIVE YES, BUT GREAT SERVICE AND MY PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

Our family recently used the services of Hi-Lite Electric Inc. to conduct an electrical safety check of our home. Their service personnel, Matthew and Steve, were very professional, extremely polite and cleaned up after their work. They thoroughly conducted an electrical review of our house and provided us with a well documented report that outlined their findings. They did not conduct a sales pitch but rather explained their decisions and allowed us time to decide what we should do. They identified some minor code violations and provided us with some sound recommendations to rectify these problems. They took their time to explain the situation, provided us with options and generally educated us about our electrical system. We were truly impressed with their service and requested that they repair or correct the identified problems. We know that electricians can be costly but the folks at Hi-Lite Electric were worth every penny that it cost us to ensure that our home was safe. Thanks Hi-Lite Electric!
