I have the heating/cooling maintainance plan from Reliance. My first time ever using the insurance this year since there is no heat from furnace when I switched over to heat couple weeks ago. A technician came out on a Sat. and diagnosed I need to replace pump. He ordered the parts and told me to book another appointment when the part arrives at my door. My nightmare started there. An original estimate for the parts to arrive on Mon. did not materialize. I called in, and as told to wait for one more day. Tuesday nothing happened. Called again, and was told to wait till Friday. Friday, nothing again. Called in and reliance promised to call me back the next day morning. Sat. nothing happened. On Sunday, argued my way to talk to a supervisor at Reliance, and got informed on Monday (today) Reliance will call me to update me. Again nothing happened. I called in today, and was refused to be transferred to the supervisor who was overseeing my case. Is reliance insurnance valid? my toddler girl and my old mom is at home without heat for over a week when it is below zero. And I have repeatedly told Reliance that. Are you serving your fiduciary responsibility? If you cannot resolve the problem, should you be lining up your external contractors at this point?

We asked Strong Plumbing to come in and install sump pump. Valentin showed up the next day (mind it is August, a really busy time for anyone doing anything related to house). He not only helped us install the pump, he also pointed out to us the heater might have a leaking valve based on the apearance. This turned out to be true and we were able to avoid a huge impending flooding accident. He later helped us check the sprinkler system as well, and managed to locate a leak. Got that fixed in an hour. Hands down the best plumber I have seen (I have used at least 4-5 plumbers over the years, and not one came close to the level of service and expertise Valentin has). Will keep his number handy, though fingers crossed I don't require his service in the near future.

Called 416SoClean to clean carpet in a rental unit. The unit has bad stain from pets and the tenant tried to clean with water unseccessfully. So I had huge water stains with a rim of yellow on all floors. Tenant just left the entire house in a mess. 416 SoClean showed up on short notice, like 3 days after the call, and cleaned the entire place up. I actually pointed out areas that can be improved on. And no questions asked, 416SoClean improved on those areas. Very professional and I am very gald my beige colour berber carpet is in a pretty good condition again. Thanks you!
