The service person was friendly and knowledgeable. He was great with our two young kids and excitable dog. There was no pressure or upselling. He was punctual, efficient, and left no mess. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah and he also cleaned the ducts and stuff.
The movers were efficient and careful but the truck they brought wasn't big enough to accomodate our stuff in one load. We're not pack-rats or anything, in fact I think we have less stuff than average. We got them to move the big stuff but had to take several trips in our car to complete the move or pay them to take a second trip (40 minutes of driving at $100+/hr). So we opted to move the rest ourselves. Also they sell a premium insurance package to cover cheap furniture and damage to the house(s). This wasn't discussed beforehand and they try to pressure you into it on the spot. We said no but it's worth knowing ahead of time.
We hired Lamarche to install copper-tails on our aluminum-wired townhome. Jeff and his team were quick to respond and professional throughout our dealings with them. Some of the outlets and switches his team installed required repairs afterwards and Jeff was available after hours to ensure we were satisfied.
