Driveway Interlocking - Retaining wall
We contracted Kingsway in March 2013 to do the interlocking of our driveway plus a retaining wall on our raised front yard. The work was completed on the timelines indicated, and it was MOSTLY ok. The driveway was fine (but for two items: they did some damage to our neighbours adjoining driveway, which they offer to fix but never did, and they didn’t use the stones colour we had chosen for the borders, instead using some of the ones they had in stock). For the retaining wall we had some concerns that have asked Kinsgway repeatedly since the completion of the work, but have not gotten fixed or addressed– always we get the promise “we will look at that when we are on the area”, but it’s been over a year and still nothing. Apparently the company is good if the work is ok on first try. But if there are issues, it’s a pain to get them to fix them.
