Our fridge stopped working right before Christmas! We were very limited to the type of fridge we could purchase because of height/width restrictions. We found a fridge at one store, purchased it and were told it would be delivered in 2 days. Meanwhile we were living out of camping coolers (family of 5 with two teenage boys!) while we waited. The two days went by and the delivery department screwed up and said the delivery date they had us down for was a week later. We were in a panic to find a fridge that would fit and one that could be purchases ASAP and not ordered. We went to the Sears Outlet store and found the EXACT same fridge that we were intending to purchase at the other store for over $600 cheaper!!!

We had an issue with our oil furnace recently and had to place a service call through Bluewave. We have been customers of theirs since June 2009 as well as Platinum Plan members. The service technician ended up replacing four parts at a minimal cost to us. He also showed up not long after the call was placed. Great service!!

Annapolis Valley Refrigeration fixed our heat pump after we had another company attempt to do so. The repair man was very knowledgable and gave us tips on what to do and not to do when it came to prolonging the life of our pump.
