We moved on july 30, one of the busiest days of summer, the keys to our new house were supposed to be available at 1pm, we got them at 3:30pm. anne at MoveWorks was very understanding and stayed in touch with us and the crew until the job was finished. we were not charged for the lost time. thanks Anne.
