My business, Calgary Dwelling Consultants, frequently needs quick thorough move out clean ups and carpet steam cleaning services. Between move out inspections and move in's there isn't a lot of time and I don't know how well people will do their move out clean up, until I'm there. Regardless, I've called RAM a couple times now at the very last minute and asked if they could come in the next day (following a move out inspection) to clean. They have always accommodated my tight schedule/the new client's schedules and done an excellent job. The front line CSR people are excellent, polite, courteous and friendly and do their utmost to fit me in.

Hussein and Antoine really give exceptional service and have gone out of their way to save me money. They offer great advice and are so helpful. As this was the first time we've done any tiling, we visited their shop many times and keep coming back because their service is exceptional (they always remember our names and our project) and the products are excellent.
