The drain under my kitchen sink was clogged and I tried to use some sort of chemical from HomeDepot with a small auger. Thing was getting worse from water going slow to standing still. Tyler quoted me $178 if thing got resolved within an hour. He came on time and cleaned up the clogged drain pipe. Then he found some leaking under the double-sink. So, he spent the remaining time to redo the putty on both sinks and made sure the leaking stopped. That is right. He didn't charge me extra for it. Tyler was professional and polite. I'd definitely rehire Hidden Bay again.
