They wouldn't give me a quote online (I should have known better) then told me $400 when the guy got there. He didn't clear the drain, used a manual snake, and left me a huge mess of water on the floor. I had another company come and they cleared up the blocked drain in no time, left the place clean and I paid 1/2 of what I paid this so-call plumbing company. I called and tried to have a conversation about it but Martin was verbally aggressive and hung up on me. They have very good Google reviews, but if you look at them they are from people not in Toronto - they have purchased fake reviews. I don't like writing bad reviews - I know everyone has an off day, but these guys are dishonest. Avoid!!!

From the start M&R roofing were incredibly impressive. They came to the house and did the roof inspection and we did not need to be home. They took photos during the inspection and emailed them with notes on them, along with a detailed quote. The price they quoted was very fair and competitive with others that we had quotes from. They set up a Box account and had all files there for us to access. They completed the job in the time specified. The job entailed removing three layers of shingles and replacing them. They cleaned up all of the mess afterwards and did a fantastic job of that. They took a lot of care with the work. I would have no problem recommending them to anybody.

We had our concrete sidewalk torn out to do waterproofing over a year ago and finally decided to get proper stones installed. We had 3 quotes, and what impressed us the most about Mathew from Central Landscaping was that he was the only person concerned with water drainage. He thought about things that would never have occurred o us - he noticed that the area didn't get sun so he didn't want algae to grow (summer) or ice to form (winter) if water was not able to drain properly. He brought us samples of all of the stones we liked from the catalog and told us the benefits of each. The installation was smooth and completed on time, and the care he took to the edging details and the drainage was remarkable. We were beyond impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Mathew - he thinks about potential future issues and ways to avoid them.

Called on Thursday and he was able to come on Saturday for a furnace check-up. He did a great job, gave great advice, didn't try to sell us anything but made good suggestions. I'll definitely call him back in the future.

Our floors were covered in dust after a small renovation and our place felt so dirty. We had Maret over for a quote and decided to go with her company. The day of the cleaning Maret and her 3 cleaners arrived with all of their cleaning supplies promptly at 8:00 am. They unloaded and we did another walk through to confirm what they were going to clean. I left, came back 7 hours later, and the place was spotless! The floors that had been covered in dust looked like new. They got our huge mirrors extremely shiny and streak-free (something we haven't been able to do). They cleaned the inside of the windows, outside of the cupboards, and all sorts of other details areas. We were very pleased with not only the work, but also with Maret's business ethics. The job took a bit longer than we were quoted but she stuck to the quote. She also treated her staff extremely well, which I always think is the sign of a good person. We would highly recommend this service.
