Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Very user friendly online booking engine. Almost a full single car garage of items removed. Done in less than an hour. Fast and courteous employees who tidied site before they left. Very happy that the usable goods are donated to charity, other materials recycled. Great experience. Thanks.

This was a very high quality inspection from a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. Great use of technology in preparing the inspection report and inspecting the property. This was an older property and Mike's report provided a very comprehensive overview of the items that should be addressed, and in what time frame they should be addressed. Older homes can have a different risk/reward profile for a home buyer, and I was very comfortable with the informed, practical and realistic insight that Mike provided me.....and the added bonus is that Mike Heeley is the owner and he does the inspection work himself.
