A few months ago, someone broke into our garage. We searched the net for reviews on alarm services and found quite a few referring SG3. I called for a quote and George showed up within a day. He's personable, family oriented, and understood the need to keep our home and family safe. He suggested a cost effective system that monitors all windows and doors, including our separated garage. Recently, we accidentally damaged a remote sensor on an overhead door. I called George and he showed same day to fix it. I'd recommend George and SG3 to my friends and family any day.

We called High Mark Plumbing to come out and replace a small thermal expansion valve. The guy arrived, spent 30 minutes poking around and quoted $780! I was at work so my wife calls me and says that this guy is talking down to her like she's "just a dumb woman" and wants $800 to fix a little leak. I tell her to let him know we're going to get a second opinion. The guy from High Mark acts all surprised and put out, then charges her $180 for his time!! I called a friend of mine to drop by and take a look. He's a 20 year plumbing foreman. He says its a $50 part with a max of 1 hour work (probably 30 mins). Very disappointing to say the least. Do not invite High Mark into your home unless you're looking to get hosed!!!
