Despicable service - booked someone to come out and look at our boiler and when the contractor failed to call and update with the estimated time of arrival, I was then told he couldn't make it that day afterall - and I would have to pay overtime rates to have them come the next day or next week. Left me without heat or hotwater and tried to make me pay even more money. Terrible way to attempt to take advantage of a desperate customer - cash grab!!

After shopping around and getting no fewer than five or six other quotes, we met Bill Rapport. Not only was he the most knowledgeable salesperson we had visit us, he gave us the best price. We were very excited to order a new door and a replacement window for our basement. The work was done quickly and his crew were the most professional, fastest and cleanest we have ever had work on the house! Bill came to repair another window, and replace some hinges on a different door himself. He took the time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and would not accept any payment until he had personally inspected everything himself. We were so impressed with the final result and I did recommend him to my sister - they just got their door yesterday and are equally thrilled!
