Furnace stopped working Friday night. Called around and decided to go with Jafar. He identified the problem, had the part and fixed it within half an hour. He was also very helpful in explaining the issue and was such an honest and professional man. His pricing reflects his character. I would recommend him without any reservations.

Larry has cleaned the concrete tile roof for me and made some repairs as well. He is very experienced and does good work, though sometimes he can be hard to get hold of.

Peter is personable and responsive. He was a bit late in arriving but no big deal. Price was as quoted and work was done as promised. A good person for handyman jobs.

The dryer we purchased was supposed to be top of the line but within a week it was emitting weird noises. Trial would NOT exchange it for a new unit....YES ONE WEEK.

Latitude painting did a decent job on the exterior of our house, they used quality paint and did the job efficiently. When minor touch up was needed, they came back promptly. They are very busy for a reason.

Gutter Repair was OK but the crew should have been more careful and the management exhibited poor attitude. They seem to think they are a big player and that customers need them more than they need your money.
