Poor craftsmanship: walls not square, poor carpet with visible seams, low quality kitchen cabinets (we upgraded too), poor finish trim (lots of visible nails through home), cracking grout in tiles, unfinished yard are 3-1/2 months after closing. Only good experience was there sales person. She was great and very responsive. 5 out of 5 stars for her!!!

- Listen to the consumer. Finish one job before starting another. Put in writing firm completion dates for unfinished/escrowed items
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Get everyone in writing. Do not close unless you can live with the problems. Bring a square and level to your final walk through.
