An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"I have recently hired Vito to perform an inspection for a house we purchased. It was very pleasant experience indeed. Given a one-day notice only, Vito was able to coordinate an ideal time slot in the morning for us to do the job. He has done a very thorough inspection on every aspect of the house. He walked through all the details and explain to me whatever questions I had. Plus the infrared image scanning is very useful if you are concerned with any hidden leaks or moisture problems. In fact his inspection helped us make our mind on the house given we only have one day to waive the condition. By the end of the day he emailed me a 40-page report on all the aspects with careful explanations and suggestions for potential issues. I am very impressed by his professional knowledge and warm attitude, and would like to recommend to future home buyers if you consider a quality inspection."
