Our experience with Carleton Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning was a very pleasant one from start to finish. Upon calling for information we were promptly contacted by Brad, Operations Manager and a meeting time was established. Brad was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with all the necessary information to make a decision regarding the proper equipment to purchase to meet our needs. He quickly provided us with a written estimate. Once we made our decision an installation date was set that met our timeframe. The crew who did the work were punctual and the work was performed in a very professional manner. The crew was friendly and hard working. Before leaving, they explained exactly what was done, how the new thermostat works and explained what we should do to maintain the system and what to do in case of an emergency. Lindsey in the office was also very helpful. She provided us with all the necessary paper work and explained how the follow up maintenance will be handled. In summary we are very happy with our experience with this company and will definitely recommend them to others
