Saving the Day after Insurance Company contractor Failed
Summer of 2008 the City of Toronto was hit with a big Rain storm and our Basement on our Rental Property got flooded. The good thing we had the right insurance which included Sewer backup ( such a small idem on a policy $ 30 for the year makes all the different). We called the insurance company to make a claim the sent adjuster and clean up crew within 2 hours, to make a long story short after 4 hours of clean up the left. This was the last we saw of them for 1 week so we fired them, a new crew arrived and worked for 1 day nothing for 1 week. After getting nowhere we called up the insurance company and told them we like our own contractor to come in to do the work. We got Andrew from North Bay Kitchen and Bath to give us a Estimate the Adjuster approved the Estimate and of we go 10 days from start to finish excellent and efficient work with a tip top clean up at the end of Job. Andrew and his Team of experts saved us from getting hit on the next flood which half of our street got hit again waiting for there contractors to come in and do the work.
