I had a repair that involved a few different trades/areas of expertise. I called this company and although they didn't typically do this type of project, I was told someone would come by. I was pleasantly surprised when Dave came by to check on the issue and he kindly provided some helpful advice on how to approach the project. This advice did not include generating any business for Dave. After challenges finding a reputable company to complete the project, I reached out to Dave and he agreed to take it on. He was prompt with communication and reliable with his word - something I did not find with many other companies. Once Dave was on the project, I found that things moved ahead in a timely manner. The work was done professionally and I was kept informed on the progress. There were no surprises. I am not sure how Dave does it but he was able to manage this small project seamlessly when I am sure he has many other larger projects on the go.

Tom painted a few metal bands around our exterior walls. He was quick to provide a quote, very responsive with any questions and completed the work as planned. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

We had our roof vents leak last year and contacted a few companies to fix it. Michel was very quick to respond and while it was a smaller job we were very fortunate that he was willing to come and fix it. He was very professional and informative.
