I purchased a 3 piece reclining furniture set from the Barrie location April 2014. I spent roughly $3000.00, they delivered the furniture a couple days later. When it was unpacked and being set up, I notice some stitching coming out of the chair and a hole in the back of the couch. I noted these things on the delivery slip and called customer service. Lady at CS Rosemary, was pleasant and was going to send a technician to look at furniture, I then told her that I didn't want my brand new furniture fixed. And while waiting to speak to her again the one recliner on the sofa broke.She then said that I could have a replacement set. I said that's great. I had to wait for stock to come in. When the new furniture came in we set up a time for delivery, when delivered I am checking everything over, well that didn't take long because the first piece they brought in was damaged even more than the first set. I sent it back with the delivery guy. Keep in mind I still have the first damaged set. I tell them to take it too, but they won't. I call CS for over a week leaving messages after messages. I go back into the Barrie store and the store manager tells me to reselect a different set. There is only one other set I wouldn't mind, its a sectional but its chaise is on the wrong side. Long story short the sectional was on sale for 998.00 but the manager told me I couldn't get the sale price because I needed to change the side of the chaise. Price went from 998.00 to 1598.00 because it would be a custom order. I call another Bad Boy store the next day and get a totally different price. They were going to charge me a $100.00 more. I then called customer service and told them I want my money back. She said NO. I asked her to schedule someone to come and pick up their damaged junk. They came and got it. So now I am out a couch and out $3000.00. So I then start calling CS again, asking for her boss, she told me to speak with Rob, I called Rob and he told me he wasn't authorized to give me a refund. So I asked him who was , he said Tony. I call this Tony. He says he will look into it, that it sounded like a manufacturers defeat. Of course he doesn't call me back, so I call him back. He then says he was speaking with Barrie manager and there is no way he is going to give me a refund. I tell him I do not want to do any more business with this company that I just want my money back, he started screaming at me, telling me that he will give me the best deal, I can hardly understand him as he is still screaming at me, keep in mind I didn't yell or even raise my voice this man is just trying to intimidate me, I just hung up. I have not heard from anyone since. I am still out a couch set and $3000.00 and I do not want to be forced into buying something from such a horrible company.
