I found Bill because his guys were actually completing a job across the street. I approached his roofers and starting chatting with them and by the end of the day, they had come over and taken a look at it for me. Bill came by the next day to do a formal quote and we were satisfied that he was well priced and was going to do a good job. Bill is very passionate about his work and you can tell just by speaking with him that he takes a great deal of pride in what he does. Once they got started, the whole roof was redone in a day and a half. The siding guys came less than a week later and were also finished within two days. The house looks great, a complete transformation. I would highly recommend Fairney and Sons. There was no fuss and no chasing after them. They came when they agreed to come and got the job done when they said it would be done.

When I first contacted Kris, I let him know that we were on a time constraint and he accommodated me despite his busy schedule. He came in a quoted the job and not only seemed to really know his stuff but was also extremely well priced at the end of the day. We have a century home and it needed a lot of plaster touch ups to the walls and ceilings, not to mention the fact that we wanted all of the old wood painted white. Kris, Pete and Jason were all extremely friendly, courteous and amazingly helpful. They worked with us in selecting the paint colors, made suggestions and even pointed out small details that we would have otherwise overlooked. The house looks amazing, like brand new and the ceilings that they smoothed look like they were never covered with lumpy stucco. This is the sort of contractor that you recommend to your friends and family without worry. I know that I, for one will keep his number handy if I ever need paint or plaster work in the future and they really go that extra mile for their customers.

We had only 3 weeks to renovate our home before moving in. I had other trades lined up and explained the situation, along with the scheduling to Patrick. He came in, did and assessment of the home and managed to fit the work into an already hectic timeline. Despite a small hiccup, Patrick and his team completed the work wonderfully and did so in the agreed upon time and within budget. He was honest, fast, clean and the final result is stunning. The new floors are solid, no squeaks (and this is an OLD home), no gaps. The stairs look amazing and Patrick matched them to the new floors nearly perfectly. They even adjusted the doors to the new floor height. Great job, Patrick's whole crew were great.
