Contacted Home Depot for the $89 plus tax special for two rooms and a hallway. Worker arrived at the end of the "service time window" but the work was done quickly and job met my expectations. It didn't get out all the "high traffic" stains but I didn't expect it to. 12 years of dirt can't be easy to remove. Satisfied and would use again. Dried by second day.

My contractor used windows from Kaycan as part of a larger renovation. Not happy with the quality of the double hung windows. Top window does stay up and the plastic snags when going up and down. Would not use again.

Wanted a deep well skylight in my bathroom above bathtub. Tough working space (fairly tight). But Joe did an outstanding job. He does quality work, finished in one day and framed the well so the angle looked great. Outside work also was done very professional. His price is reasonable and the work is exceptional.

Found iPlaster on homestars, received about 6 other estimates from various sources other than homestars. After discussing the job with Ivan was confident his approach to making my walls smooth again was the best quality to price ratio. ie. stucco mesh with a coating of durabond to prevent new cracks and strengthen wall, followed by a level 5 finish using other CGC products. the job was done with extreme efficiency. between 1 to 5 workers were at my house every day depending on whether there was work to be done. (drying time the biggest slowdown of course). Ivan was responsive via iMessage and gave me updates along the way. I do not believe the job could have been done any faster (1 week total) as my walls were in rough shape. Kudos to Ivan's great project management and organizational skills. Plus Ivan stands by his work and works right along with all the other workers. All diligent and trustworthy. They hustle to get the job done. This work is dusty and dirty, but that's unavoidable. My advice, ensure your work area is blocked off from the rest of the house using lots of tape and dropsheets. We did and it was quite effective.
