First let me explain that I am a female homeowner and am wary of contractors promises and prices..but I do trust these guys. This was the second time I had work done by Drainworks. If they say the work will be done in a day, it's done in a day. If they say they'll show up between 8 and 9 a.m., they do. And, most important, if they say it's going to cost the calculated amount, that's exactly what it costs. The workers are friendly and courteous and boy do they work! All in all, a really re-assuring experience. If and when the next need arises, I will call them again.
