Check the roof and the attic. Put bates in case there are rats in the attic.

I'm using Protection plus as my Alarm System provider since last June. I have to say that they act really fast. I very often come into the house and forget to turn the alarm off. They call me on the cell within a few seconds to check that all is well. I feel very safe with them. Thanks Protection Plus.
