Our project involved repairs to interlocking, change of grade to an interlock walkway, parging concrete and creating a patio walkway around a deck. Otto provided a reasonable estimate, summarized exactly what was to be done and when it would be done. His staff showed up on time, were professional in demeanour, courteous and receptive to suggestions. Quality of work was excellent. Otto regularly inspected work in progress and made worthy suggestions. Overall, a very professional team commited to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them.

We prepared a detailed drawing for a deck and interviewed 5 contractors to provide estimates on the project. John from BBG Carpentry and Renovations promptly attended at our home to view the site and discuss our plan. We found John to be exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. He made excellent suggestions, provided logical alternatives and gave a competitive quotation shortly after the visit. John advised of his time frame to do the job based upon existing commitments. He and his crew arrived on time, ordered quality materials and constructed the deck to code. During construction we had a number of site consults to discuss progress of the job. In fact, some pieces of cedar were returned when he was not happy with their quality. John and his crew were consummate professionals - they were respectful of the property - leaving it in broom swept condition at the end of each day. They were all eager to answer any question and offered a thorough response. The deck was built on time and we are thrilled with the results. We have no hesitation in recommending BBG Carpentry and Renovations. John and his crew displayed attention to detail, were a pleasure to deal with and certainly are worthy of an '11' out of 10.
